The Objective
Why CTRs? Why Engagement Rates?
Scaling can’t always mean spending more money; some brands have a cap on their budget and want to unlock more scale within their budget. This shifts our focus to improving quality scores. A big part of improving quality scores has to do with the expected click-through rate on keywords, and the landing page experience.
Better CTRs on campaigns = better expected CTRs for the keywords.
Better landing page engagement = better landing page experience scores on Google.
Improving Ad Copies
The Problem
The older ad copies had spelling errors, repetitive content, and lacked supporting assets like images and sitelinks.
The Changes We Made
After taking into account what customers really wanted from a coworking space and also comparing our ads with those of competitors, we fixed their ads to include unique headlines, improved on the copy to include what set us apart from other advertisers, and added supporting assets.

Improving Landing Page Experience
Finding the ‘X’ Factor
Co-working spaces are competitive; mostly better pricing is what wins the sale, barring a few well-known spaces like WeWork that lead with brand value. What would set our client apart from their competitors? Why would someone consider us, barring the price?
In this case, we chose something unique about every space to advertise – whether it was the connectivity, convenience, or the view from the space.
Revamping the landing pages to improve the user experience
Better experience would mean that people stay longer on the page.
